AGREEMENTS
Based on “Power in the union” we negotiate and try to achieve better agreements and terms for our members. Agreements are centralized and managed from our offices, saving time for members and each individual company, that, centrally now, closes a nationwide agreement.
TRAINING
We pay attention to the continuous training of our members but also to all departments of their companies. The Group organizes education and training seminars for members and their sales staff on customer service, sales, financial management, new market trends, business modernization and other issues that educate our people and strengthen our partners’ position in the market.
SUPPORT
From Group’s headquarters, there is permanent and continuous support to our members. All information, market developments, concerns of each member and anything that may be of interest to us is directly shared with the rest of the network and treated with absolute confidentiality.
EVENTS
We are everywhere and we go everywhere. We travel all over Greece and visit our members. Frequent contacts and meetings that take place, reinforce our relationships, trust and respect that we all have for each member of this group. This is one of the special components of this venture.
TOOLS
In the context of product promotion and sales strengthening, we have created important tools that are offered completely free of charge.
- The first product catalog “Sales Organizer” is distributed free of charge through Group members to their customers.
- We issue 8 brochures a year, with special offers and dynamic discounts, which are distributed free of charge at all retail locations.
- A web page where our members can electronically receive and get informed about annual agreements.
- Developing of Social Media “Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. We follow trends and technology.
- Application for mobile phones. Immediate information of members and sales outlets about Group and market news. We invite you to download the app to your mobile phone too.
NETWORK
Each year we host a Pan-Hellenic meeting of our Group members in a central Athens hotel. We discuss the course of the Group, setting goals for the next year, award the members that stood out last year.
